Brief Answer:
Angioedema

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern. I have viewed the images.

He seems to have episodes of Angioedema which manifests as swelling of the lips, eyelids, genitals etc. Usually there are associated hives/ itching on the skin elsewhere. Angioedema/ hives is commonly allergic e.g due to food or food preservatives, viral infection and certain medications may also cause it. It is more common in children who are atopic or have recurrent cold/ sinusitis etc. I suggest you to give him syp. Xyzal-M , 5ml daily at night. Avoid the allergen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Regarding angioedema

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Xyzal is also Levocetrizine syrup. You may give just the levocetrizine syrup that is with you. Give it for a month or so since he is having recurrent episodes of angioedema. There are no dietary restrictions. Also no need for chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan syrup unless he has cold and cough as well.
Take care.
