The dizziness for about a month. I haven't had my blood pressure checked for a couple months but it's always on the low side. It's been a while on blood sugar..couple months. No fever. Even though did chill a little last night. Yes some ear pain.slight.i have a little sinus drainage. I have a lot sometimes in the middle of the night...quiet often.coughing and all just during night
