Relax, after correction of renal arterial stenosis it does take quite some time for the blood pressure to return to normal. Till such time please do continue to take your blood pressure medicines.

Continue to do your aerobics and other exercises, reduce slat intake, be stress free, go out and have fun, if you have job that is causing stress and thus increasing the blood pressure, I would suggest you take it easy and don't let your work spoil your health.

In the meanwhile you can consider changing your cardiologist, a change of medicines do help reduce the blood pressure. You can consult an endocrinologist to see if any of the vasopressor hormones are elevated, at times, along with a stenosed renal artery there can be associated hyperactivity of the adrenal gland.
