Brief Answer:
The HIV transmission risk for you is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ASK A DOCTOR through HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Burns injury over shoulder.... Usually burns will not bleed, instead oozing serum may be present. That too is quite unlikely with a old burn injury. Even if bleeds or oozes, it is unlikely to roll upto the breast and remain. In such cases that girl would feel uncomfortable and would not turned up or attend her duty.
HIV IS A HIGHLY FRAGILE VIRUS. This cannot be viable outside the body fluid not more than few seconds. So the possibility of the remains of the body fluid from the Burns wound over the breasts, and the possibility of it goes to your nasal cavity after your manipulation on her breasts are once again quite unlikely.
Transmission of HIV in this way is a remote possibility.

Brief Answer:
Avoid multiple partners and stick to protected sex. S tay free from STI/HIV

Detailed Answer:
HI,
welcome back.
HIV can be transmitted through exchange of body fluids like blood, semen or vaginal fluid and not through sweat and urine.
Hand job or body massage are safest activities.
Genital penetration and anal sex are always risky when it is with multiple partners and unprotected. Oral sex carries a lower risk. Other activities have neligible risk for HIV transmission.
Avoid sex with unknown partners. Stick to a single partner. Practice safe sex with condoms.
Then you will be safe from STI/HIV.
