Brief Answer:
Levomac harmful, Dolo 650 for fever is okay, Mon LC & Zincovit are useless

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Even after confirmation of COVID by Rapid Antigen Test, your doctor has prescribed you levofloxacin which is an antibiotic.

Antibiotics are at best useless, they are mostly harmful in viral illnesses. I do not understand his/her rationale for prescribing you Tab. Levomac 500 for COVID, covid is not caused by a bacteria, it is caused by a virus.

You can take Tab. Dolo 650 for fever.

Mon LC has Montelucast with Levocetrizine, Montelucast is an immune modulator specifically for long term treatment of Asthma and allergies, it has not use in a viral illness.

Levocetrizine maybe helpul to reduce cough, but it should not be combined with montelucast.

There is no evidence suggesting that Zincovit is useful in COVID.

So, considering all of this, it looks like your doctor has given you some blanket treatment.

According to WHO guidelines, you do not need much treatment, fever can be treated with paracetamol (dolo 650), Cough can be managed with plain anti histamine like Chlorpheniramine.

You can ease throat irritation by gargling with Rexidin mouth wash, 3 times a day after food.

There is evidence of Vitamin D being useful and considering the fact that nearly 80-90 percent of Indians have vitamin D deficiency, I would suggest you to take a low dose Vitamin-D supplement, Like D-Rise, 60000 units once (only one time).

Keep observing your symptoms, if they get worse, and if you develop difficulty breathing, or if you have severe loose stools or vomiting or altered sensorium or increased drowsiness, please visit your nearest hospital and get admitted.

Otherwise, relax at home, drink plenty of fluids and take rest.

I hope that answers your query.

Best wishes
