Brief Answer:
Salicylic acid facewash, benzoyl peroxide gel

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
periods in some individuals and pimples is a also feature of PCOD.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the pimples Salicylic acid facewash twice daily.
If acne still occurs take a course of an oral antibiotic like capsule doxycycline 100 mg .
Also avoid sugary foods, cosmetics, hot humid weather and oiling of scalp.
These medicines should help in reducing the occurence of acne.

Oiling of scalp will cause acne? I do it 2 days in once and keep in 30 minutes wash it off with a shampoo. I am not sure if I still have PCOD since I started getting periods regularly. While PCOD'ic I never to get my periods unless i take a pill. I don't take too much of sugar on a daily basis. Once in a while I eats, but not regular. I do exercise daily minimum 30 mins at gym.

Brief Answer:
Welcome

Detailed Answer:

Oral medicine doesn't have much side effects. It is an oral antibiotic.
If the acne is not very severe you can avoid the capsule and take the topical medicines.
For black marks apply glycolic acid 6 percent (glyco 6 cream) cream on the black marks at night in very minute amounts.
