Question: I had a fall from the back after that Im suffering from back pain .I have attached the x-ray that were taken could you please help me with some advise medication /treatment

pain could be due to degenerative changes

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
X rays show only degenerative changes, no bony injury.
Backache could be because of degenerative changes , exacerbated by microinjuries due to trauma.
For treatment , Start pain killers , muscle relaxants and local hot fomentation . Add local analgesic cream also.
Physiotherapy in the form of IFT and exercises will go a long way to help relieve the pain and prevent recurrence.
