Brief Answer:
Give 3 meals with 2-3 snacks and milk

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

At this age you should give 3 major meals of cereals/pulses with or without vegetables (100 gm bowl) with 2-3 snacks consisting of fruits, biscuits etc. Continue giving milk 2-3 times during day time and once or twice in night.
The food should be nutritionally balanced means it should contain carbohydrate, protein, fat, minerals and vitamins.
The major meals should include cereals like rice, wheat, oats, Barley, pulses. You can mix cooked rice, pulses and vegetables(khichdi) as one meal. Add butter or oil to it to make it energy dense. You can also mix milk with Barley or oats or pulses with Barley or oats for other meal. Roti with dal or roti with milk can also be given. You can add salt or sugar to make it more palatable.
In snacks you can give Apple, banana, avocado, papaya etc.
In summary just try to give combination of cereals, pulses, vegetables, fruits with oil. Children of this age are very fussy related to feeds so try to give feed frequently and don't force for that.
You can continue with mother dairy and nan pro 3.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
