Brief Answer:
Is this pain related to that accident?

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Sorry for late reply.

This pain could be due to wear and tear of the joints, possibly after injury. This condition is called as osteoarthritis.
Further investigations by an orthopedic surgeon will confirm the diagnosis.
For now I can suggest the following:
- pain-killers like ibuprofen 200 mg can be taken as required upto twice a day.
- Tab Ospo-C once or twice a day for five days can help in proper bone formation. It can be ordered online from www.srisritattva.com
- since it is related to prolonged sitting (posture), some exercise, dancing, yoga, physiotherapy maybe of help.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Vaishalee
