On My Left Leg Behind The Knee. Not The Knee

default
Posted on Thu, 27 Feb 2020
Question: On my left leg behind the knee. Not the knee itself but where your leg bends in the back is having pain when standing up or sitting down. Not any pain when in a sitting position. It hurts when first getting moving on it. Then I’d will ease up some but some days hurts more then others. I don’t remember doing anything to it. I don’t feel any lump like what a bakers cyst would be. It has been hurting for about 3 weeks off and on. Thoughts?

Osteoarthritis or Degenerative arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

It's possible you have early arthritis of your knee. This pain gets worse in winter season and better sitting warm seasons.

Best to get an xray of your knee to confirm. Apply warm packs to your region of pain for relief.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
