Brief Answer:
The dose prescribed is appropriate

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.

The dose prescribed is appropriate for this weight.
Actually, the medication given is for chest congestion and allergy.
The Brozedex contains levosalbutamol a bronchodilator which helps in relieving airway spasm and ambroxol a mucolytic (sputum thinning agent). The atarax is an antiallergic and saline drops help in relieving nasal congestion.

Usually cough, cold subsides within 10-12 days and sometimes it may persist longer.
As explained to you after examination about the congestion these medications are good.
I won't get overly worried if the child is active, playful, taking feeds well and there is no fast breathing or chest retraction.

If you are noticing any of these please consult your Pediatrician immediately as this may be due to pneumonia and will need treatment accordingly.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Regards
