For a while now, I've been getting these light brown spots in between my breasts and underneath them. I constantly wash that area, but they never go away. They also itch a lot. What are they? What can I do to get rid of them?

Welcome to XXXXXXX

This commonly happens when two areas of the body are in touch with each other constantly- like the breast skin with the chest wall skin.
Due to this constant touch and moisture, there may be multiplication of bacteria/ fungus causing the itch.

Life style modifications that would help are---

1. Weight reduction.
2. Sugar control if you are a diabetic.
3. Cotton fabric usage.

Medicines that may be effective are---
1. Diaper rash cream.
2. Anti- fungal cream/ ointments.
3. B-complex supplementation especially B6.

If the problem does not resolve with these measures, a dermatologist consult is advised to rule out other problems like DERMATITIS and PSORIASIS.

Take care and get well soon---
