Hi XXXXXXX

The information that you have provided is suggestive of probably a hemorrhoid

If you are constipated control your constipation, add a good amount of fiber in your diet and take plenty of fluids orally

The swelling outside could be a thrombosed pile

There are few friends in Delhi, In case you have a need I can pass on the details to you

Hope this helps
Wishing you a healthy life ahead

Hi

There is no medicine to treat your situation , You can control symptoms

HAL Means Hemorrhoidal artery ligation

Cost depends on the grade of hemorrhoids and other factors also

This is a minimally invasive procedure, there is minimal to no pain

You can be back to work next morning

Hope this helps

Doctors have given me some medicine and now past last 4 days there is no blood in stool, Sir, can i go ahead with stapler surgery in Max/Paras hospital and i am going with the surgery is there any possibility of re occurrence of the the same. now i have made a mind for going to surgery only as there is no medicine to treat it permanently. sir as per your advice should i go now or i can wait for some time. what is the main reason to came all these with a common man and what is the % of this diseases coming in the human being . this is coming to rare cases or its a common.
please advice me so that with your help i can enjoy the further life.

Hi XXXXXXX

You may go ahead

The prevalence of piles is quiet high in human biengs

There is always a recurrance of around 10-20 % in different procedures

There is a surgeon in Delhi whom I have trained for HAL if you are convinced with it I can guide you to him

Hope this helps

I am currently being tested for IBS, as I have had severe bouts of constipation and diarrhea for well over a year. I have occasional blood, pencil thin, loose stools and external hemorrhoids. I am also experiencing a constant pain in my upper abdomen, coupled with severe nausea and a feeling that I am going to get sick. I had to submit a stool sample today, and I noticed that there were a lot of dark green, leafy looking substances in the stool. They were tough to the touch but tore apart when pulled. I haven't eaten any sort of green vegetable in well over a week. Any thoughts?

i beleive I have had a thrombosed external hemeroid for about 5 days. A couple of days ago I notice a black spot on the hemeroid and today (day 6) the hemeroid started bleeding. is this something I should go to the ER for or an urgent care facility or wait to see my PCP on monday?

Don't know if symptoms are tied together but here goes. Over the last year my vision in my left eye has become a little blurred. I also have developed some blood when I have a bowel movement. The blood is mostly on the tissue and not in the stool but only happens once a month. I over heard some people talking about someone else with the same symptoms and they had said that it was a form of liver disease/cancer. Is there truth to this? Do my symptoms fit or are they two completely separate issues? I'm being treated now for hemorrhoids and have an eye appointment scheduled. The treatment for the hemroids did not work and I have to set up another appointment.
