Brief Answer:
Restrict to NIL to very minimal alcohol consumption

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Alcohol as such will not commonly cause issues with gallbladder or post gallbladder surgery.

However, in people with gallbladder disease, there is a high chance of associated liver and pancreatic issues. And alcohol can adversely affect both liver and pancreas. So it is best to avoid alcohol. Even if she decides to go consume wine, limit to a very minimal intake like 1 glass of wine per day.
