Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The observation of bright liver echo pattern on ultrasound is commonly considered a sign of hepatic steatosis. In easy words, it is suggestive of fat deposition in the liver termed as fatty liver. Most likely you are having non-alcoholic fatty liver(would assume that you are non-alcoholic). As the age of a person increases fat began's to accumulate in various parts of the body like blood vessels(atherosclerosis) or liver(fatty liver), It's very natural and a part of a process called aging. However in some patients usually obese or sedentary these changes may be there at an early age also. The amount of fatty acid in the liver depends on the balance between the processes of delivery and removal. As the age increases the number of transporter cells which carry fat from the liver to peripheral parts(for utilization decreases); Causing increased deposition of these fatty acids in the liver.
Initially would suggest you following tests to rule out the cause of fatty changes at a young age
As LFT is normal I would suggest you keep a check on your diet or take diet I would suggest you.
This would help to revert back the changes soon.
some food plans are-
-Whole grains are very beneficial to consume. These can be in the form of whole wheat bread or cereal, brown rice, whole grain pasta, grains such as whole oats, wild rice, rye, oatmeal, and corn are also beneficial and can be taken if suits your food pattern.
-Fruits and vegetables should be a significant part of any diet to help in recovering from a liver disease. They are full of essential nutrients and are easy to digest.
-Healthy proteins in the form of low-fat milk and dairy products along with lean meats, beans, eggs, and soy products can also be a part of a healthy liver diet.
-Avoid red meat.
Try to switch over to a veg diet.
Take antioxidants daily.
-Silibinin, also known as silybin, is the major active constituent of silymarin, a standardized extract of the milk thistle seeds, containing a mixture of flavonolignans consisting of silibinin, is silibinin. It should be taken two times a day. Its a very potent liver regenerator and is very effective in maintaining liver health.

Ayurvedic tablet Liv 52 should be taken once daily.

Hope I was helpful.
Keep enjoying your life dear.
Wish you a great day ahead
