Question: My son keeps getting a foul taste in the roof of his mouth and if he doesn't spit it out, he vomits.
Nobody can figure this out.
He is spitting all of the time. this interferes wioth his life.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. The foul taste of the mouth may be due to nasal or oral cause specially due to infection, poor oral hygiene or due to acid reflux. So you need to consult an ent surgeon and get oral cavity and nose checked. Poor oral cavity hygiene is very common and can be treated by betadine gargle. Any nose infection like acute allergic rhinitis, enlarged adenoid will have foul taste in mouth as it continuously create allergic discharge in the nose. So you may need to do a x ray of nose, an endoscopy to see the inside of the nose. You can start nasal spray, nasoclear saline nasal drop to clear the discharge. Acid reflux can also cause similar foul taste and can be reduced by antacid, drinking more water.
