Brief Answer:
gfr is a calculated figure

Detailed Answer:
Hi, your reports show creatinine of 1.24

Do you have blood pressure?
Do you have swelling in legs?
Do you take pain killers often?
Do you take protein supplements?
Do you take tobacco products?

Answer above questions, so that I am better able to help you.

get urine spot protein creatinine Ratio and USG KUB ultrasound

GFR is an estimate of kidney function and your value shows early dysfunction. we should identify any cause possible

inform above when possible

best wishes

Hello Doctor,

I have attached the comprehensive blood report, if that helps.

I only take protein supplements but that too not every day. One 3-4 days a week/one time ( XXXXXXX 24-26 gms/per serving) as I do weight training.

I Also take creatine supplement ( 2-3 gms) per day.

thanks,
