Brief Answer:
There seems to be nothing major. Application of heat should help

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thank you once again for your query directly to me, I apologise for the late response.

Your blood pressure is perfeclty fine as well as your weight.

The leg pain issue seems to be muscular in nature, however, I would like you to get a Dopplar study of the blood vessels in both limbs along with serum clacium levels, vitamin D and serum electrolyte levels just to be on the safer side.

You are working more from 3 months and that is reflecting as pain the calf muscles.

There is no need to do any other tests I suggested previously.

Apply mild heat to the painful part before you go to sleep, it will relieve pain.

I would suggest you to avoid any painkillers unless the pain is unbearable.

The present situation is making you very anxious and that is reflecting as gastritis and these muscle pains.

I hope you will feel better soon.

Take care of yourself dear XXXXXXX

Warmest regards

Brief Answer:
Perimenopausal symptoms XXXXXXX do not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

1. The sudden sweats and hot flushes, mood changes, anxiety are all due to your age. You are going through what we call as perimenopausal syndrome.

This is not harmful to you, I know it is uncomfortable and irritating, but unfortunately being a woman has these diasdvantages.

Do not worry about testing right now, you can get the tests done when things are back to real normal, there is no hurry.

2. No dear XXXXXXX it is not related to chest congestion or the corona virus. Do not think about it as it makes you anxious.

Please let go of the fear, you are doing a fabulous job of keeping your health in good condition, except some minor issues, you have nothing worrisome.

I wish you best of health.

Stay in touch if you need me.

Warm regards
