Brief Answer:
Yes ,she needs emergency treatment in ER to correct electrolyte first

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear
Welcome to health care magic my advice is as follows
As her electrolytes are deranged so,she have to admited in hospital and ER is needed to correct them first , hepatologist and neurologist can help her plus she is developing encephalopathy ( brain effected due to liver ) so only admission is good till her atleast electrolytes and ECG are normalised and also need to correct vit D ,
Hope this helps ,let me know if needs further assistance

Brief Answer:
Repeat blood serum sodium, potassium, ammonia ,cal,mg, all

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear
ECG should be normal and potassium, sodium in blood should be corrected by ER physician , ammonia is high due to liver disease also if USG not done can be helpful, tests need to be done daily to see response to treatment, yes your treating doctor will decide when to send her back home , once consult with hepatologist and neurologist for long term good prognosis
Hope this helps, let me know if can assist you further
