Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. Pitt,

Sometimes yeast, which exist on our skin, can overgrow if conditions are right for them. Conditions that favor yeast growth are warm, moist, dark environments and high blood sugar (from diabetes).

You can try bathing in a bathtub with a cup of apple cider vinegar added to the water, or applying apple cider vinegar (diluted) to the skin with a wash cloth.

Avoid soaps that have perfumes and antibacterial agents in them, and use laundry detergent that is fragrance free and skip the dryer sheets. This recommendation is meant to minimize unnecessary chemical irritants that touch the skin.

If that doesn't work, you can try an antiyeast cream from the drug store.

If these things don't work, then it's time to go in to see your doctor. Also, if there is any chance of a sexually transmitted disease, then go in to be seen.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
