Brief Answer:
Looks like viral infection, give paracetamol, observe closely

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through the detqils, have seen the image and do understand your concern.Although skin lesions are best diagnosed by direct exqmination after seeing the image and based on your description,to me it appears to be some viral infection possibly hand foot mouth disease.
I would like to know if there is ulcers in mouth also.
Here no specific treatment is needed.Treatment with paracetamol, plenty of fluids to maintain hydration and close observation for any worsening in general condition is needed. Possibilty of other viral infection should also be kept in mind.
Most of the time it improves within 7-10 days.
Sometimes it may get complicated by bacterial infection.
I won't get overly worried if otherwise child is helathy, taking feeds well and if the lesions are not too extensive.
I would suggest you to get him personally evaluated by a pediatrician for proper evaluation.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Wishing for early recovery of your child.
Regards
