Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain as follows:

1- high Non HDL Cholesterol (also called LDL cholesterol) and high, indicates borderline blood lipid profile. As Total cholesterol/HDL ratio is within the normal ranges, there is no need to panic.

I would just recommend some diet modifications (low fat food, low sugar and increase food rich in omega 3 fatty acids ( walnuts, fish, fish oil, etc.)

2- 5.8 HbA1C indicates possible glucose intolerance, which is the beginning of diabetes. For this reason, I would recommend just diet modifications (low sugar intake) and a lot of physical activity (aeorbics, recreational sports, walking, etc..)

3- High Alkaline Phosphatase could be related to a liver disorder. This is an enzyme. I would recommend performing an abdominal ultrasound in order to examine your liver and the biliary tract.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope you will find this information helpful!
