Brief Answer:
May need nebulisation and examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I understand that your doctor has given medicines for upper respiratory infection . But as per your description the stomach bumping you mentioned , could indicate fast breathing and respiratory distress. This is not a good sign . You need to get the child examined soon and may need to check his vitals . He may even need oxygen or further nebulisation as per doctors assessment .
May also need chest X-ray to rule out lung involvement.
Wishing speedy recovery
