Question: My Epstein Barr Igg is 617. I felt little under the weather for two days but now feel well. My EB IgM is 1.46. Do I have mononucleosis and am I infectious to others?

For sure you have at least had contact with infectious mononucleosis. What is difficult to tell is whether this is acute or not at this time. To help address this, I will need to review the entire report. Please take an image and upload for review.

The very high IgG makes a remote infection more likely. But the IgM also suggests something acute might be going on. I will however need to see the lab specific reporting before making a call on this and whether you could be infectious or not.
