Question: My Daughter 2.5 year old, crying a lot from last one week. Not taking food.
Last week she was coughing, so we gave her Kofarest 1 ml for 3 times for 6 days.
Should we get checkup done or give some alternate medication.

The cry could be due to ear or throat infection . This may need to be treated with antibiotics or antivirals after examination.
Meanwhile give plenty of liquids to keep her hydrated .Try paracetamol to relieve pain till you get her examined
