Brief Answer:
99% it's dried stool called fecalith.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for asking query on this forum,
Have seen your details.

Very likely the hard stony mass of feces in the intestinal tract that you could palpate is a fecalith.Usually stools are formed and are expelled by anal canal but in person who are severely constipated or have poor food habits(taking low fiber highly processed food,Colas etc) are at high risk of fecolith formation.
Firstly you should consult a general surgeon near you or can take her to Emergency room. The doctor would prescribe the kid a barium enema. Barium is radiopaque and would provide images of fecolith.Usually removed by use of stool softeners and laxative or even enema if near rectum.

Secondly once she is treated give kid a healthy diet rich in fibers which may include a cup of seasonal fresh fruits and a cup of sauted colored vegetables in a day.
Plenty of water needs to be taken.
Yes very likely it's stool there.
Hope I was helpful,
Thank you.
Regards!
