My 2.5 Year Old Has A Square Black Sore On Her Gum.

Question: My 2.5 year old has a square black sore on her gum. It is not a bruise. It almost looks like there is something under it but I can’t touch it without her going hysterical from the pain. Can I send you a picture of it?
