Brief Answer:
Exclude causes of abnormal hair growth, go for laser hair reduction

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
There are many causes for coarse hair on chin and abdomen.
It could be due to hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction and genetic causes.
I would recommend you to get your laboratory tests to exclude the causes of abnormal hair growth.
You need to go for these tests: thyroid function tests, serum testosterone, serum dehydroepiandrosterone, serum prolactin levels, serum insulin levels and fasting blood sugar levels.
Also get an ultrasound pelvis to rule out polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Once you exclude hormonal causes, you can go for laser hair reduction.
Multiple sessions will be required.
