Question: Ive just sat down and crossed my legs. Theres red blotchy rash from the side of my knee a little bit further down to my leg. Its on the other leg as well. I haven't noticed it until today. It kind of itches and stings when i poke it.

I have reviewed the image. It seems like a hive.

I'd suggest you use a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion. You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g Levocetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
