Question: My husband has foam coMing out of his mouth when he think of food He has diarhea and vomiting and achyness in part of his body. What would cause the foam (white)

Welcome to HCM and thanks for writing query
I understand your concern.

Saliva secretion and mucus combine with the breathing form the foam.
If it is associate with difficulty in the swallowing, then it suggests esophageal obstruction.
Other causes: gastritis, upper airway obstruction.
I would suggest to undergo Esophageal manometry, upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, laryngoscopy and chest xray.
Meanwhile take antacid with domperidone.
Drink plenty of water to maintain proper hydration.
Avoid spicy and oily food, take small frequent meal, take curd with rice.
Take adequate fiber in the diet.
