Question: Hello Doc Rynne so this has been going on for a few weeks and I'm getting very stressed out about this..ive been having these symptoms ,but there  off and on. it first started when I would urinate it would feel like I still had urine left in my penis like I would feel it at the tip, 2nd i feel like there's a tingling feeling in my penis also like a light burning feeling. 3rd every now and then I get a sharp pain between my scrotum and rectum in the middle, but it's every now and then. if I have to urinate and hold it when I pee i feel pressure on my bladder. and also there's been times when I would ejaculate there was alittle discomfort off and on it wasn't painful just didn't feel like it normally does..and before all of this started every now and then I would have soft erections or had trouble maintaing the erection. I've been tested for uti gonorrhea chlamydia and trich all came back negative...im not sure if this is anxiety or stress, but I have been stressing out realy bad. Brief Answer:

Prostatitis

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

All you described could fall into prostatitis, inflammation of prostate gland which is at base of penis around the urethra.

There was initially urine infection passing into the prostate.
This is a bad experience having this. It can be confirmed by doing prostatic massage and culture of secretions.

Urine microscope can be done as well. The treatment can be long up to one month to three months of low dose antibiotics. Please see your urologist and ask for prostatitis.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
