Is Treadmill Walking Safe When Suffering From High Blood Pressure?

Question: I am 40 years old guy with 169 cm height and 70 Kgs I have BP problem for the past 3 years I have been taking regular medicines and it is in control, my question whether I can use treadmill for daily walking and Jogging, also I want to do XXXXXXX Namaskaras etc, Some people say we should not do whereas some others say we can do any general excercise freely without any hesitation.
So can you please clear my dilemma as whether I can use treadmill for daily walking and Jogging also can I do XXXXXXX Namaskara's.
