Question: Is there anything I can do to speed up the process of removing peth from my red blood cells faster like exercise or blood donation I last drank 13 days ago

Peth test can come positive up to maximum 28 days and in general up to 21 days.

In blood donation only 300 ml blood is taken and our blood volume is 5 liters. I am sorry that there is nothing proven to clear faster so as to avoid positive result of peth test.
