Marijuana or cannabis does not have significant drug interactions with most drugs including thyroxine.

There is no specific side effect associated with concurrent use of thyroxine and marijuana. However, in experimental animals it has been noticed that cannabis administration suppresses thyroxine secretion. However, as a substance use specialist I would advise you to abstain from smoking marijuana as it has high addiction potential.
