Brief Answer:
Can be spasm or sprain related pain.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Possibility 1-Diverticulitis is one of the most common causes. In many cases, persistent pain specific to the lower left side of the abdomen is caused by diverticulitis. Diverticula are small pouches created from pressure on weak spots in the colon. But most the times pain is a bit more towards he lower side. However would suggest you to go for USG abdomen.
Possibility 2-As pain is related to particular position of body it could be sprain.

Can you please send a clear picture of pointing out the site of pain on your abdomen for a better suggestion.
