Brief Answer:
Chances nil

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Intercourse in the initial 2-3 days after periods are usually not fertile and unprotected intercourse in this phase do not lead to pregnancy.
The chances of pregnancy are absolutely nil in your case.
There is nothing to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

can conceive naturally without any treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
PCOS patients can conceive naturally without any treatment.
If you are unable to conceive after one year of unprotected intercourse, then you should go for infertility treatment by allopathic.
