Hi,

If you took the pill well within 48 - 72 hours, pregnancy chances are low. Withdrawal bleed after emergency contraceptive pill can occur 7-10 days. And in some women withdrawal bleed may occur with your actual menstrual bleeding. So I will not be worried about pregnancy chances if you have taken the pills well within 48-72 hours.
