Polycystic ovarian disease is not a protection against
pregnancy, or a complete definition that you cannot get pregnant. Your chances of getting pregnant are still high and there is a good percentage of women with POD that get pregnant under no treatment. Regular and routine birth control methods are still application to your case. Discussing with your physician with respect to the most convenient, appropriate and convenient methods with respect to you is my advice.
Barrier methods especially, I suggest could be most appropriate for you. However, this shall be guided by the history, socioeconomic factors and actual clinical state.
