Brief Answer:
They are effective upto 99.5%

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Health care magic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

The chances of pregnancy in your case is almost nil as the emergency contraceptives are effective in above 99% of cases.

Since sex happened even after use of contraceptive and this was your fertile period, considering your regular periods, I feel it will be better if you can pop another pill as it is still in the range of less than 72 hours from last intercourse.

I understand he did not ejaculate but we need to understand that precum contains enough sperm to impregnate.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
At the expected date

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Most of individual can expect periods similar as in past and it can be said that you will be having periods by 4 or 5th of October.

Having said this irregular periods is most common side effect of Ipill and in 10-15% of cases there is delayed period and similar cases lead to early spotting and periods.

To conclude it can be said that you may get them early, on date or late and nobody can predict when you are going to get them.

I hope this assists you further.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
