Brief Answer:
Holistic medical approach is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

Many of his symptoms are related to high potassium levels.

Underlying sepsis is the chief cause of his illness, which need adequate and timely therapy.

Underlying Cather-related infections have to be wisely prevented and treated.

CAD-Inf wall MI have to be wisely managed.

Blood pressure has to be maintained under 120/80 mm of hg pressure to prevent reattacks of ischemic CVA.

Medications for Bipolar disorder can worsen many of his symptoms and should be wisely dosed.

Metabolic encephalopathy can be a potential complication of his coexistent metabolic disorders and needs a thorough evaluation.

Kindly upload his recent health check reports and medication history for further evaluation in your follow up query, I can guide you further after going through his reports.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
