Hi,

Most of the times, it is normal for babies to pass green stools. It indicates increased intestinal motility which is common at this age.
I need more details
1. Frequency, no of times per day
2. Solid or loose stools
3. Any other symptoms like fever or vomiting.
4. Any change in food habits like formula etc.

Brief Answer:
Then no need to worry

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As the weight gain is good and child doesn't have any other symptoms, no need to worry.
The stools should settle soon.
No treatment is required for now.
It is just increased intestinal motility which will settle on its own.

Regards,
Dr. Arun
