Question: Hi i know from the age of 29 i am having a lot of grey hair on the sides of my head and slowly i also got few in my beard but i am worried now as i am now 32 years old and i found 4 grey hair in middle of my chest and i am worried is it because i am getting old or is it because of some deficiency? As i heard people who gets grey hair on chest and in beard or head hair dies early and i wanna live more..

Is there any reversible thing or any herbal medicine that can reverse my grey hair to black again without any side effects?

Is it true if you get grey hair at early age then your cells will get old early and you die?

Hi,
Pramature greying is seen in nutritional deficiencies protein-energy malnutrition and diseases of chronic loss of protein. Copper and iron deficiency also can cause graying of hair. It's not possible to reverse white hair if the cause is genetic. Once your hair follicles lose melanin, they can't produce it on their own. As melanin production slows, your hair turns gray, and then white when melanin production has completely stopped. Ensure you have an adequate level of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12.
Is it true if you get grey hair at early age then your cells will get old early and you die?-no scientific basis and considered as myth.
Maintaining the nutritional balance can help reduce frequency.
