Brief Answer:

Could lead to hypotension

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

But doubling the dose can lead to decreasing your blood pressure beyond normal levels and this can lead to the symptom of blurred vision, chest discomfort, confusion, dizziness, faintness, or lightheadedness when getting up suddenly from a lying or sitting position, slow or irregular heartbeats.

I would recommend that you monitor your blood pressure for the following 24 hours and if found below 100/70 or if you experience any of these symptoms then you should seek medical care. I hope I answered your question.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
