Brief Answer:
Definitely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

From the available description it appears to me that at least you need to worried about your addictions. You are already on moderate to heavy drinking and taking alprazolam to calm down anxiety.
Both of these factors are indicative that you have slightly high addiction potential and there are chance that you will be getting addicted to alprazolam.
Secondly there are chances of fatal intoxication due to combined alcohol and alprazolam.

As per me you need to do a least two things
1. Cut down alcohol intake or stop altogether
2. Talk to your doctor to replace alprazolam with other anti anxiety medication which may be from SSRI or SNRI group.

Hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write to me.
Thanks and regards
