Brief Answer:
Please find details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Severe injury can mean one requiring emergency medical treatment and surgery. It is important to know the treatment given for the severe head trauma and if any surgery has been done. If surgery is done on the head then a rest of 4 to 6 weeks is required for proper healing. Sex can be had anytime you feel comfortable after a month. Avoid having strenuous sex.

If there is no history of surgery or invasive procedure after head trauma then there is no problem with having sex as long you are comfortable.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
