Brief Answer:
Fish oil capsule will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Fish oil capsule is beneficial as it contains good source of Omega 3 fatty acid and DHA which is very much required for brain growth and development. So giving fish oil capsule will be helpful.

If the nutrition of child is adequate then no multivitamin supplements are required.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.

Take care

Brief Answer:
Well balanced diet is sufficient to meet the Vitamin requirements

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Vitamin C is a fragile vitamin, the bioavailability of iyt is low in Multivitamin preparation. Natural sources like Citrus fruits like Oranges, Gooseberry are richest source of Vitamin C. I do not ideally recommend giving any multivitamin supplements for children. The requirement should be fulfilled by diet naturally. I would suggest the following

1. Ensure intake of fruits especially citrus fruits like Oranges atleast once per day

2. Milk and Milk products are good dietary source of Calcium and Vitamin D

3. Early Morning exposure to sunlight also helps in synthesis of Vitamin D in body. Early morning walking and exercise will be really beneficial.

4. You can definitely give Multivitamin supplements if you would still want to give
