Would emfolic DHA, glycomet 500, and aspirin help with getting pregnant?

hai doctor i m meera ,dr advised me 2 take AKT3 tablet fromforth day of my period. i vomited twice since morning. today only i started my tablet. i m trying for pregnancy for last one & a half years. i m currently one emfolic DHA , glycomet 500, aspirin. plz advice me.

Keep on the medications your doctor prescribed before. vomiting and nausea is common side effects that could happen.
