Brief Answer:
Herbal product with limited research on it, suggest to be used for 3 to 4 month to produce effect

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.

It is herbal product and used for enhancing sexual performance.Being a herbal product it does not cause any side effect in routine. It has been suggested that being herbal it needs to be used for consistently for 3 to 4 months to get satisfactory result.
However there are no studies or clinical trials suggesting its efficacy and also regarding its side effects.
I have come across patients who have used musli but I do not prescribe it.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
