Brief Answer:
Hyperthyroidism

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Your test results show that you are suffering from hyperthyroidism.. which can be treated by radioactive iodine doses prescribed by your doctor. Usually, one or two doses of radioactive iodine are enough to kill the overactive thyroid cells.

However, follow up on the levels of T3 and T4 is required post-treatment as it might cause hypothyroidism which will need replacement thyroid hormone treatment.

Your test results also show a slight increase in hemoglobin level and a slight decrease in creatine level which can be caused by dehydration, so please make sure you are adequately hydrated with at least eight cups of water daily.

I hope you'll find this helpful. Feel free to ask further.

Brief Answer:
Thyroid enlargement

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have looked into the ultrasound film which shows an enlargement of the thyroid gland but the resolutions the pictures taken from the original ultrasound scan is not clear enough to assess the presence or absence of nodules...

I would recommend that you send the printed report to be able to help you further.
Regards
