Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be related to heart

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Usually, these Sharps pain persisting for few seconds are not related to heart. Cardiac usually occurs on exertion and relieves with rest, occurs on left side of chest and radiates to left arm and persists for few minutes atleast. These are not sharp.
These pain frequently caused by Gastroesophageal reflux disease. Are you taking any antacids like Pantoprazole or lansoprazole or omeprazole, if not you should have it for a week or two. Do you have any nausea, bloating, burping upper abdominal pain ? these may be associated.
Does this pain increases on deep breathing, if yes it could be due to pleuritis and settled with time and NSAIDS. Also, just see if pain increases on applying pressure over the area, if yes then it suggests musculoskeletal pain.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
